{"id":310,"date":"2016-10-25T07:58:17","date_gmt":"2016-10-25T07:58:17","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/voulangis.fr\/?p=310","title":{"rendered":"Le PLU applicable version 2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\">Suite \u00e0 la conclusion de l&#8217;enqu\u00eate publique formul\u00e9e par le commissaire enqu\u00eateur, un dossier comprenant toutes les modifications a \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis au conseil municipal pour avis d\u00e9finitif le 6 septembre 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Deux d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations ont \u00e9t\u00e9  formul\u00e9es, suivis des arr\u00eat\u00e9s correspondant :<br \/>\n1)      Le conseil municipal donne son accord \u00e0 l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9 quand aux modification du plan local d&#8217;urbanisme<br \/>\n2)      Le conseil municipal donne approuve \u00e0 l&#8217;unanimit\u00e9 le PLU ainsi compl\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le PLU \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 transmis le 27 septembre 2016 en Sous-Pr\u00e9fecture et remplace donc le POS au 27 novembre 2016.<br \/>\nNous fournissons en fin d&#8217;article l&#8217;ensemble des documents t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeables en cliquant sur chacun des documents.\n<\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\">Les documents sont pour la plupart volumineux, notamment les plans. S&#8217;agissant des besoins les plus courants (demande de travaux par exemple), ce qui est important, c&#8217;est le r\u00e8glement ([Document 4.1 : R\u00e8glement->\/IMG\/PLU\/4_Reglement.pdf]) o\u00f9 sont expos\u00e9es les r\u00e8gles d&#8217;urbanisme par zone.
